This document outlines the Independent Contractor agreement, liability waivers, data privacy policies, and the strict dress code standards for drivers participating in the Vegas VIP Love network.
Effective Date: March 2026
By registering for the Vegas VIP Love Partner Program, displaying our QR code, or accepting client leads and dispatch information from us, you (The Driver) legally acknowledge and agree to the following binding terms:
Vegas VIP Love LLC is strictly a lead-generation and marketing agency. We are not a transportation company, motor carrier, taxi authority, or your employer. You are operating your vehicle as your own independent business entity (Sole Proprietor or LLC). Nothing in this agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship.
You agree that YOU assume 100% of the legal and financial risk for any ride or client lead you accept through our platform.
If you accept Private Dispatch leads (e.g., hourly chauffeur services, airport transfers), you confirm and warrant that you possess the necessary commercial auto insurance (Livery), licenses, and active permits required by the Nevada Transportation Authority (NTA) to transport passengers for hire. You acknowledge that standard personal insurance or generic rideshare (Uber/Lyft) insurance DOES NOT cover private, off-app trips.
Total Indemnification: In the event of a traffic accident, injury, lawsuit, or citation while transporting a client referred by Vegas VIP Love, you agree to hold Vegas VIP Love LLC, its owners, and its affiliates completely harmless. We will not cover any legal fees, medical bills, or property damages under any circumstances.
Your affiliate commissions are calculated based on the Net Corporate Commission received by Vegas VIP Love from our third-party vendors (e.g., Viator, TicketNetwork), NOT on the gross retail price paid by the tourist.
If Vegas VIP Love dispatches a private ride to you, you agree not to solicit that client for direct, off-platform future rides. You cannot accept direct cash or Zelle payments from our clients for future reservations. Doing so will result in a permanent ban from the Partner Program and forfeiture of any pending commissions.
Your data security is our priority. As a partner, we collect specific information required to process your commissions and dispatch rides.
We collect the following information when you register:
Your payout information (Zelle/PayPal) is stored securely and used exclusively by our accounting team to send your weekly earnings. We do not store your bank account or routing numbers directly on our servers.
Your phone number will be used by our Dispatch Team to contact you via WhatsApp with potential high-ticket leads or important account updates.
Vegas VIP Love LLC will never sell, rent, or distribute your personal contact information to third-party marketers, competing agencies, or casino promoters.
You have the right to terminate your partnership at any time. Upon request, we will permanently delete your profile, payout information, and contact details from our active database. Please contact support at support@vegasviplove.com to initiate this process.
To qualify for Vegas VIP Love's exclusive Private Dispatch Network (High-Ticket rides, Hourly Charters, Weddings, and Airport Transfers), drivers must adhere to strict luxury standards.
Note: If you are only participating in the passive QR Affiliate Program while doing standard Uber/Lyft rides, normal rideshare attire is acceptable. However, accepting a Private Dispatch requires the following:
Clients paying premium rates expect an immaculate environment. When arriving for a private dispatch, your vehicle must meet these criteria:
You are the face of the Vegas VIP Love brand during private rides. Professionalism starts with your appearance.
To guarantee 5-star feedback and secure high tips, drivers should:
Enforcement
Failure to meet these quality standards during a dispatched ride, or receiving a legitimate complaint regarding vehicle cleanliness or driver attire, will result in immediate and permanent removal from the Private Dispatch Network.
